A multi-unit property like KLM Highland needs more than just regular mowing to keep every corner looking sharp. The grounds had overgrown hedges, weeds in concrete cracks, and scattered debris that affected the curb appeal. Our goal was to restore a tidy, welcoming exterior for residents and visitors.

The Work

Completed a property-wide assessment to plan work areas
Mowed all turf sections with 54" equipment, adjusting for lawn density and obstacles
Trimmed grass along edges, around obstacles, and performed detailed string trimming
Removed weeds from concrete cracks and garden beds with spot spraying
Sheared hedges both under and over 4 feet, using ladders for taller sections
Picked up trash across the grounds (excluding bins and dumpsters) and returned clean trash cans to their place
Cleaned up all cuttings and debris with power blowers for a finished appearance

The Outcome

After the work, the property looked clean and well-kept from every angle. Lawns were uniform, hedges had a crisp shape, and walkways were free of weeds and debris.
