Summary

Maintaining a multi-building apartment complex comes with unique challenges. Over time, walkways can get overgrown, hedges lose their shape, and weeds take hold in beds and concrete cracks. For this property, the goal was to bring everything back to a clean, orderly look and keep shared spaces safe and welcoming for residents.

The Work

Mowed all turf areas using a 54" mower, adjusting technique for easy, medium, and hard sections
Performed precision string trimming along walkways, obstacles, and garden beds
Power blew all walkways and curbs to clear debris and improve appearance
Removed weeds by spot spraying cracks and garden beds—no lawn spraying
Sheared hedges, including under and over 4-foot sections, using power trimmers and a ladder
Picked up trash around the property and returned clean, empty cans to their proper place

The Outcome

The property now looks sharp and inviting. Lawn edges are crisp, hedges are evenly shaped, and no stray weeds or litter distract from the grounds. Residents can enjoy tidy common areas, and the overall first impression for visitors has been improved.
